Request permanent deletion of your account and personal data
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, work history, reports and settings will be permanently deleted.
Submit your request via the form or email
We will verify that the request comes from the account holder before proceeding.
We will delete all your data within a maximum of 30 days
You will receive a confirmation email when the process is complete.
Go to Settings → Privacy → Delete account in the mobile app
Initial response: 24-48 hours
Full deletion: Maximum 30 days
Billing data: Retained as required by legal and tax obligations
