Appli-Car grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for managing automotive workshops. You may not rent, copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, resell, or create derivative products from the application. Credentials are personal and must remain confidential.
Access is available from computers and smartphones. The account owner may add additional users. Users must be 18+ and accept the terms. A 7‑day trial may be suspended or terminated in case of misuse, fraud, or security risks.
Plans are billed monthly or annually depending on what you purchase. If payment is overdue, the account may be suspended and reactivation may require paying the full plan amount (or a discounted amount depending on timing). Pricing and benefits can change with prior notice after the contract period ends.
Support is provided via official channels such as email or WhatsApp. Appli-Car continuously improves the platform and may deploy updates over time. Service availability can be affected by factors outside reasonable control (internet, power outages, force majeure).
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you enter. Appli-Car may store and process data to provide and improve the service, prevent fraud, and communicate service updates. You remain responsible for compliance with local laws and for keeping appropriate backups when applicable.
Appli-Car is only liable for direct damages attributable to willful misconduct or negligence, up to the limits stated in the terms. Indirect or consequential damages are excluded. The agreement is governed by Chilean law and disputes are handled by Chilean courts.
